With Ideawake, once you share your idea you can receive real time recognition on it from your peers and managers, and track it step by step from submission, to evaluation, to implementation. How to Sign Up for Ideawake
Getting started is easy! Check your email, search for "Ideawake" and click the invite link inside of the email to create your account and start engaging with your fellow innovators at your organization. How to Participate on Ideawake
(1) Post Your Ideas to Improve Your Organization
Have an idea to improve your company for the better? Submit it on Ideawake for the chance to earn recognition from your peers and managers and for the chance to watch it come to life.
(2) Comment on Ideas to Suggest Improvements
Suggest improvements and help build upon the ideas of your peers by commenting on them. As you post comments, earn points for your participation and if you add enough to an idea receive co-recognition for it.
(3) Vote for Ideas to Increase Their Visibility
Vote for ideas that you support to help increase the probability of them coming to life. The more votes that an idea receives, the higher its visibility becomes to the community and leadership.
Why Should I Participate?
Based on your opinions and input from leadership, top ideas will be selected for testing and development. Agents who submit selected ideas or leave feedback to help improve them will receive special recognition and be kept up to date on the status of their idea as it’s implemented.
