This tutorial guides you through posting and categorizing ideas within the Ideawake platform.

1. Click on the Idea Post Button

Option 1: Click the "Post Idea" button to begin creating a new idea from the community homepage.

2. Complete the required fields

Complete the required fields on the submission form.

3. Submit Idea

Click the "Post Idea" button to submit your idea with the selected categories.

4. Click on the challenge title

Click on the challenge title to access the challenge homepage.

5. Click Post Idea

Click "Post Idea" button to finalize and publish your tagged idea.

6. Complete the submission form

Complete the submission form required fields and click post idea when ready.

You have successfully posted a new idea in Ideawake, including a detailed description and appropriate categorization. This process helps organize ideas effectively for better collaboration and visibility within your organization.

This tutorial guides you on two ways you can post a comment on the platform.

1. Open Comments Section

Click "Comments".

2. Enter Comment

A provided text field will appear. Click on the provided space and begin entering your comment. You can tag users using the @ symbol.

3. Post Comment

Click "Post" to submit your comment and share your feedback with the team.

4. Browse Ideas List

Option 2. Click "Browse Ideas"

5. Open Another Idea

Click on the idea title you wish to comment on.

6. Access Commenting Guidelines

A pop-up will appear.Click on the provided space and enter your comment.

7. Post Final Comment

Click "Post" to submit.

This tutorial guides you through casting votes within the platform.

1. Access Challenge Homepage

Click on the challenge title to access the homepage.

2. Upvote an Idea

You will see ideas you can vote on. Click the "Upvote" button in the left hand corner of the idea card to support the idea and increase its visibility within the community.

3. Remove Your Vote

You can remove your vote by clicking the "Voted" button.

4. Option 2 for voting

You can also vote for ideas by clicking the "BROWSE IDEA" button to explore additional ideas submitted by users.
