What Is Ideawake? 

Ideawake is a platform designed to help employees share ideas and drive meaningful improvements within their organization in a fun, collaborative, and engaging way. Once an idea is submitted, employees can receive real-time recognition and feedback from peers and leaders while tracking its journey from submission and evaluation to implementation. Ideawake exists to ensure great ideas are seen, supported, and never disappear into a “black hole” again.

How to Sign Up for Ideawake

Getting started is simple! Check your inbox for an email from Ideawake and click the invitation link to create your account. Once you’re in, you can begin sharing ideas, collaborating, and engaging with fellow innovators across your organization. If you have any questions or need help accessing the platform, you can reach the Ideawake support team anytime at support@ideawake.com

How to Participate on Ideawake

(1) Post Your Ideas to Improve Your Organization

Have an idea that could make your company even better? Share it on Ideawake for the opportunity to gain recognition from peers and leaders — and to see your idea turn into real impact.

00:04: Option 1: From the community homepage, click the "Post Idea" button

00:09: Complete all the required fields on the submission form

00:14: Click the "Post Idea" button to submit your idea.

00:17: Option 2: Click on the challenge title to go to the challenge homepage.

00:22: Click the "Post Idea" button.

00:24: Complete the required fields on the submission form and click 'post idea' when ready

00:29: to submit.

00:31: You have successfully learned how to post an idea in Ideawake.

(2) Comment on Ideas to Suggest Improvements 

Suggest improvements and help build upon the ideas of your peers by commenting on them. As you post comments, earn points for your participation and if you add enough to an idea receive co-recognition for it.

00:20: Click "Post" to submit your comment and share your feedback with the team.

00:26: Click "Browse Ideas"

00:28: Click on the idea

00:29: title you wish to comment on.

00:31: A pop-up will appear.Click

00:33: on the provided space and enter your comment.

00:37: Click "Post" to submit.

00:39: You have successfully learned how to comment on an idea.

(3) Vote for Ideas to Increase Their Visibility 

Vote for ideas that you support to help increase the probability of them coming to life. The more votes that an idea receives, the higher its visibility becomes to the community and leadership.

00:10: Click the "Upvote" button in the left hand corner of the idea card to support the

00:23: You can also vote for ideas by clicking the "BROWSE IDEA" button to explore additional

00:27: ideas submitted by users.

00:29: You have successfully learned how to cast your votes.

Why Should I Participate?

Ideas and feedback submitted through Ideawake help shape future improvements and innovations within the organization. Selected ideas may move forward for further exploration, testing, or implementation, and contributors will receive recognition and ongoing updates throughout the process depending on your companies innovation strategy.
