Bulk Invite Users to Ideawake
Here’s a quick start guide on how to invite users to your platform
00:00: This tutorial guides you through sending bulk invitations using Ideawake.
00:04: Click on the gear icon in the right hand corner.
00:08: Click on "Send Invites" on the drop-down menu.
00:11: If you would like to add these users to a specific group - see here to understand
00:15: how groups function in Ideawake.
00:18: Select the group you would like to add users to.
00:21: You can skip this step if you are not adding them to a group or can do so at
00:25: a later time.
00:27: Click the green "Copy and Paste from CSV (Bulk
00:30: Invite)" link where you can paste multiple email addresses for importing.
00:34: A text field will appear.
00:36: Paste the list of email addresses
00:37: you'd like to invite.
00:40: Click on the "Send Invites
00:41: Now" button to dispatch all the prepared invitations immediately.
00:46: See the confirmation message
00:47: stating invites
00:48: have been processed and emails
00:49: have successfully been sent to acknowledge successful sending.
00:53: You have successfully sent group invitations using Ideawake .
