Install and Setup Microsoft Teams Application (Manual Install)

How to install Ideawake into your Microsoft Teams environment to enable innovation in your Team Members everyday workflow.

Reach out to Ideawake Support for Access to .zip File to Install 

Please contact us at support@ideawake.com if you would like to do the manual install of the Teams App for the manifest file. You will need this manifest file before completing the rest of the steps in this tutorial.

Go to the Microsoft Teams App Store Inside of the Microsoft Teams Desktop Application

Click on the "Manage Your Apps" Option at the Bottom Left of the Home Page for Apps 

Click on the "Upload an App" Option on the Top of the Manage Your Apps Screen 

When prompted, upload the manifest file that was provided to you by Ideawake support. If you do not have the manifest file to manually install Ideawake's Microsoft Teams App, please reach out to Ideawake support at support@ideawake.com for the manifest file. 

When Prompted, in the Modal Window Click on the "Add" Button 

Once Ideawake is Installed Successfully Click on the "Open" Button in the Next Modal Prompt You See 

When You Initially Install the Ideawake Application, Your First Step Will be Selecting a Community to Feature in Your Teams App

Note that if you don't already have a community created and you aren't a current Ideawake customer, please reach out to us at support@ideawake.com for assitance. 

After Entering Your Community URL, Login Using Your Existing Credentials to Your Ideawake Community 

These are the same credentials you use today to login to the non-Teams version of your Ideawake application. 

Once You Successfully Enter Your Credentials, You Will be Redirected to Your Community Home Page
