Create Counter Gadget

This tutorial guides you through setting up counter gadget on the analytics dashboard in Ideawake.

1. Open Top Submitters Report

Click on the analytics page you'd like to create the gadget on from the drop down menu.

2. Add New Gadget

Click the "Add Gadget" button to begin adding a new widget to your analytics dashboard.

3. Select Counter Gadget

Click the "Counter" button, which will help you track numerical data such as number of submissions.

4. Name The Counter Gadget

Give your gadget a name such as "Number of Submissions" as the gadget name to clearly identify the metric it represents.

5. Open Data Selection

Click "Search and Select Data" to choose the specific data that the gadget will display.

6. Choose Submission Data

For example, if we want to display number or submissions, Click "Number of Submissions Posted Across All Types of Posts" to select the relevant submission data for tracking.

7. Set Sorting Parameter

Click "Date Last Edited" to set the sorting parameter for the data displayed in the gadget.

8. Create The Gadget

Click the "Create Gadget" button to finalize and add the configured gadget to your analytics dashboard.

9. See

Now you will see the gadget appear on your dashboard.
