Change Visibility Settings of an Idea

This tutorial guides you through updating the idea visibility settings within the Ideawake platform.

Click on the "Actions" button in the right hand corner.

Select "Edit Settings" from the drop down menu.

A pop-up will appear. Locate the Visibility Settings section.

Here you can select if an ideas visibility should be set to public, specific groups and/or users, or private

When ready, click the "Save Changes" button to apply the updated visibility settings.

Option 2: Click on the "BROWSE IDEA" tab to view the list of ideas in the challenge.

Click on the empty check box next to the idea you'd like to update the visibility settings for.

A menu bar will appear. Click on the "Settings" button to access visibility settings.

From the drop down menu, click on"Edit Visibility Settings"

A pop-up will appear where you can update the visibility settings.

When ready, click on the "Save Changes" button to confirm and save the visibility settings for the idea.
