Change the Stage of Multiple Ideas

This tutorial guides you through changing the stage of multiple ideas.

Click the All Ideas tab to view all submitted ideas within the platform.

Click the checkbox to select all ideas on the table list page.

A menu bar will appear. Click Change Stage to open the stage selection menu.

Then, choose the desired stage to bulk update the stage of the selected ideas.

A pop-up will appear confirming the stage change of ideas. You can configure who will be notified about the stage change, including Submitters, Co-submitters, Followers, and Voters. You can edit the users you want to notify and choose to send email notifications to the selected recipients.

Click the Save Changes button to apply the new stage to the ideas and send notifications as configured.

You will see a confirmation message that the stage has been updated for the ideas you selected.
