Change a Stages Title or Description

This tutorial guides you through configuring and managing workflows in Ideawake.

1. Open Manage Workflows

Select "Manage Workflows" from the drop down menu to access workflow stage settings.

2. Initiate New Workflow Creation

Locate and click on the workflow title you'd like to make change a stages title or description for.

3. Select Refine Ideas Stage

The workflow will appear. Click on the stage you'd like to update the name for.

4. Update Title

Update the stage title here.

5. Save Workflow Changes

Click the "Save Changes" button to save the modifications made to the workflow.

6. Confirm Workflow Updates

A pop-up will appear. Click the "Confirm Changes" button to finalize and apply the workflow updates.
