Delete an Idea

00:00: This tutorial guides you through managing and deleting ideas within the Ideawake

00:04: platform.

00:05: There are two ways you can delete ideas.

00:08: Option 1:

00:10: Click on the challenge title where the idea you wish to delete is located.

00:14: Locate the idea you wish to delete.

00:17: Click on "Actions" in the right hand corner of the idea card.

00:21: Click on "Delete Idea" from the drop down men to initiate the removal process for

00:25: the current idea.

00:27: A pop-up will appear.

00:28: Click on the "Yes, Delete This Idea" button to confirm and permanently delete the

00:33: selected idea.

00:34: Option

00:35: 2: Click on the "BROWSE IDEA" tab.

00:38: Click on the empty check box to select the idea you wish to delete.

00:42: Fill "on" to filter or search ideas based on the specified criteria.

00:47: A menu bar will appear. Click on the delete button.

00:51: A pop-up will appear.

00:52: Click the "Yes, Delete" button to confirm and delete the selected idea(s) permanently.

00:58: Note, if you accidentally delete an idea, reach out to your customer success rep

01:02: and they will begin the process to recover the idea.
